Self-Reflection: Living From The Heart.
There is a place that lives within us, that holds the keys to every part of our knowing. A place of silence that beckons us into our awakening, like a firefly searching for a place to dance in the darkest of night. Oneness with our divinity. Have you ever felt lost? Not quite sure where to go, or what direction to take. Maybe you find yourself standing at a crossroad unclear what path is for you? Maybe, like me, you have let your tears kiss your pillow late at night, when no one was around to offer comfort or save you. Maybe, just, maybe you have felt the darkest part of your heart - screaming for the depth, demanding validation and slipping into a place of uncertainty. Hoping for the freedom from the chains and bounds around our heart that was once created. What if - I told you that there is always grace, love, appreciation, joy, contentment at our fingertips. Would you believe me? Or would you resist the oneness that you are? The Divinity that IS you? There are 3 Top Tips I invite you in - to guide you into a Heart-Centered place of being.
Three Top - Tips to Living From the Heart
Make Peace with where you are.
Do everything with Intention.
Leave grace for Mistakes.
To be quite honest there are a thousand and one ways to discover the most authentic part of you, and there is not a “right or wrong” way - what is true for one, may not be true to another - so, please take what resonates with you and allow whatever does not - go - You are always the most powerful creator - shifting and shaping the world around you. You are the powerful creator of your beautiful world.
Make Peace With Where You Are:
Can you imagine allowing things to roll off your shoulder? Allowing for more space to create freedom that is within you? Perhaps - you can feel how ease would overcome you -once that “one” situation; that “one thing” would just “change.” How would you feel if it was no longer an “issue.” How free would you feel? How lighter would you feel? What would your emotional state be? How would you BE in this world? Would your action be different? Would you embody a different mood? Energy? Think back to a moment where you felt this freedom within yourself - how light does the world feel? A few exercise to help with the process of letting go are as follows:
Focus on things you love to do. Find something that allows the time to pass where you are caught in the moment.. No matter how small it is.
Every morning and throughout the day find the little things to be grateful for. - The key here is to FEEL the gratitude. (ex: the taste of your perfect coffee,, the sun kissing your skin, the butterfly at your window).
Cry - allow yourself to Rebirth into something more - allow the feeling to arise within you casting the letting go process. The phoenix journey is allowing the death of the old - to make space for the new. The next level of you. Allow yourself to go through the depth of you.
Do Everything With Intention:
One of the greatest awareness to come to terms with IS everything energy - everything is frequency - everything is intertwined and working together, harmoniously. There comes a point when we start to ask ourselves what IS our soul purpose. And we begin asking ourselves deeper questions that drift us into curiosity. Doing everything with intention helps with three key points while we are finding ourselves:
Proper Presence - it puts us in the moment - which gives us the advantage of the energy around us - sacred creation will begin a long presence.
Frequency Creator - you are creating your position in the world with purpose - therefore the universe will align with your “intention” - honoring more flow.
Soul Initiator - sparking from intentions leads us to the alignment of what our soul is guiding us too. If we allow ourselves BE in tuned with our body - then we start to EMBODY our SOUL. This is where the magic happens.
Leave Grace For “Mistakes”
Perfectionism IS in society standards - there is a pedestal we hold ourselves and other on, which creates a pathway for disappointment. Allow yourself and others to BE HUMAN - allow for the silly things, the weirdness, the epitome of being different. During my Psychosynthesis Life Coaching class I came across this quote by Roberto Assogoli “practice makes perfectly imperfect..” and to me this is reminding us that perfection is in the imperfection. It is the joy of being human. So allow yourself to make mistakes, allow yourself to be human. Below you will find Three Quotes to shift the perception around Imperfection:
“I cling to my imperfection as the very essence of my being, ” — Anatole France. (The French poet and Nobel Prize Laureate)
Perfection itself is imperfection, — Vladimir Horowitz
One of the basic rules of the universe is that nothing is perfect. Perfection simply doesn’t exist. Without imperfection, neither you nor I would exist” ― Stephen Hawking
